The Yama Niyama Llamas are a series of paintings inspired by the eight limbs of yoga (from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali). Yamas are ethical guidelines or restraints for the practicing yogi and Niyamas are positive duties or observances. These colorful paintings are infused with a lot of humor and were part of a solo show in the fall of 2017.
